Sharing the same passion & their experience in the construction field, our entrepreneurs have formed a successful brand “Saptarshi Group”.
Since last 16 years, Saptarshi Group has brought to the fore unique designs for the post modern lifestyle. Each project is testimony to this very fact. However, at Saptarshi group we do not believe in reliving past glories. Before each project is even commenced , due diligence is conducted by our management team to ensure that all areas are well taken care of. Saptarshi Group can also boast on an excellent acquisition, legal, architect, construction, project, sales, CRM & finance team that has been put in place to ensure that no hassles are faced by the home owners or anyone who chooses to be a part of the Saptarshi family.
Amit A. Parab (Civil Engineer - Mumbai University) - Mr. Amit Parab, the Architect of Saptarshi Group, is a Civil Engineer and a dynamic entrepreneur, who is involved in strategic planning, project formulation and development of the Group’s various initiatives from time to time. He has over 28 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He is involved in company’s structural, architectural work, acquisition & fund management for all new projects. His vision, passion and indefatigable energy has been instrumental in the success of the Saptarshi Group. He is a member of the PEATA.
Ashish A. Parab (B.Sc - Mumbai University) - Ashish Parab, leads Saptarshi’s Operations and is in charge of construction and planning activities of the company. He looks after all the project deliveries across all residential & retail vertical. He is associated with Saptarshi Group for over 17 years.
Vital V. Takatrao (Engineer - Mumbai University) - Vital Takatrao, one of the Promoter of Saptarshi Group, with 23 years of experience in the construction industry, is known for his immense knowledge, versatility and dynamism. Vital heads the legal and acquisition team. He believes in having a hands-on approach to understand the real estate business, customer psychology and market behavior. Abhay A. Parab (B.Sc - (Chemistry) - Mumbai University & B.tech - (Civil) Rajasthan University) - Abhay Parab, one of our charismatic promoters, heads the Approval department with MHADA, SRA & BMC. A go getter of the organization. He is a B. Tech in Civil Engineering, with an experience over 23 years. In the year 2022, he has been awarded with “Smart Leader Award” in his native, for his immense contribution towards building Rural infrastructure and for various social activities done by him.
